Our vision is to be a community of people building bridges of servant leadership, transforming lives. Heart to Hands Foundation is an organization established to empower, educate, encourage and inspire youth and young adult through training sessions, seminars, workshops, and other events and activities that may involve community leaders and business professionals alike.
The dream of the Heart 2 Hands Foundation began in June 2013 with youth and young adults ages 17-24 in mind. Since that time the age range has been lifted to include all individuals. The Heart 2 Hands Foundation’s vision is to be a community of people building bridges of servant leadership and transforming lives. Through collective giving, Heart 2 Hands will conduct training sessions, seminars, workshops, help with reading skills and host other events and activities that may involve community leaders and business professionals alike.
Facing the difficulties and challenges of finding and maintaining a place to live or where to attend college could be overwhelming. Heart 2 Hands will also focus on those young adults who are aging out of foster care. And with collective giving, Heart 2 Hands will be able to help those qualifying individuals establish themselves in the community or assist with college application fees or purchasing textbooks for college.

Reading is a necessity for advancement in education and in any area of society. Sharing and teaching someone the basic reading skills can go a long way; and Heart 2 Hands is willing to help in that area. Heart 2 Hands has organized a team of volunteers (Reading Diamonds) who seek to offer reading opportunities to children participating in after school programs.
Our attempt is to keep students in school and provide them with reading skills as an educational foundation so they can succeed as adults and contribute positively to our communities.
